Our General Access buses are low floor and offer ramp facilities for those with mobility aids (including wheelchairs, mobility assistance devices, prams and strollers). There are allocated areas for seating for passengers with mobility aids.
In line with applicable laws, including the Passenger Transport Services Regulations and Work Health and Safety, our drivers will give reasonable assistance to a passenger to enter or exit the vehicle, including a passenger who is in a wheelchair or using another mobility aid.
