If you’ve lost or forgotten your belongings on a bus, you’ll need to contact our team in the Beaconsfield office either via the enquiry form below or phone us on 03 6383 1221.
In order to return your items to you, you will be asked for distinguishing features or information to prove the property is yours. You may be asked to provide proof of identity particularly for items of value.
Depending on the item, it may be held securely in the bus overnight, so you should ask your driver on your next trip. If that next trip is not the same day or the following morning, please call or email our team in the Beaconsfield office to discuss the best way to return your belongings.
You may also be asked to sign for an item in order to collect. Depending on the item, a third party may not be able to collect on your behalf, so please call our team for options to return your belongings.
